M. Gayle Hoffman
I practice almost exclusively in the areas of family law. Family law includes the issues of dissolution of marriage (divorce), collaborative family law, maintenance or spousal support, custody and visitation, property division, child support, and adoption. I handle both initial and post decree matters on behalf of my clients.
I am, and have always been, deeply committed to my family. First and foremost, I am a dedicated and loving mother. I come from a very large and close knit family, a few of whom are also attorneys. My father founded the firm, and I joined his practice in 1980. While my father still practices, he has reduced his case load as he eases into retirement. My sister, Greta, joined the firm in 2001.
I earned my Juris Doctorate from Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1980. I am admitted to practice before all state courts in Kentucky, and the U. S. District Court Eastern District of Kentucky.
